For existing stock samples, it takes 2-3 days. If there is no stock available, we will advise the exact lead time based on the production schedule.

How much is the freight charge?
It depends on the spool package volume. For small quantities, compact volumes, or urgent deliveries, we can advise FedEx or other courier charges. For larger volumes suitable for sea shipment, we provide competitive FOB or CIF quotations.

What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own mold workshop and can provide spool or other plastic product development and injection services based on standard CAD, 3D design files (such as STEP, STP, IGS), or technical drawings.
