Both. My Interack runs its own production with an experienced team that builds customised racking systems to customer requirements, and also partners with trusted suppliers to offer a wider product range under one project contract.

Does My Interack provide installation services?

Yes. Our own installation crews assemble, level and anchor every system using the correct tools and safe work procedures, and hand over the site with load information for your operators.

Can My Interack provide maintenance, inspection and repair?

Yes. Through the 18000 Series Interservice programme we carry out periodic rack inspections, identify damaged uprights or beams, and replace components so the installation stays compliant with safety regulations.

Do My Interack products come with a warranty?

Yes. Warranty length and coverage depend on the product series and project scope. Full warranty terms are stated in writing in every project proposal before you commit.

Does My Interack offer racking consultation and layout design?

Yes. Our team reviews your floor plan, clear height, pallet or carton sizes, load weights and forklift type, then recommends the racking system and layout that maximises storage density and picking efficiency.

Does My Interack handle projects outside Malaysia?
